Our associates are distributed around the globe. Besides the proximity to the locations of our clients, this diversity of creates part of our culture of openness and curiosity.

We don’t recruit our consultants in the usual manner, but only add people to our team, based on personal recommendations. This means a new INOVIA Consulting associate has worked with an existing INOVIA Consulting associate in the past on at least one project, which our way to vet candidates.

Also the delivery partners we work with, are selected based on our own working experience with them and we make sure there is a trusted personal connection within the partner organization that functions as our guide and sponsor.
