What?
The ESG Business Case Assessment looks at your current business case structure and identifies gaps from an ESG perspective.
An ESG Business Case Strategy describes your vision of a Business Value Portfolio and uses a ESG Maturity Model to plan a roadmap from where you are to where you want to go. It also covers topics like changes to your current operating model and digital landscape.
The ESG Business Case Architecture describes the execution of your ESG Business Case Strategy and is therefore often created in a project covering both, strategy and architecture. The architecture describes the future business case structure and approach required to effectively and efficiently implement a Business Value Portfolio.
We contributed to the whitepaper „ESG Business Case“ of Plattform Industry 4.0 that forms the base of this offering.
How?
